I did this survey and they said I'd get $15, but I never got it even after reaching out to customer service a bunch of times. I'm pretty bummed out about how the company dropped the ball on this.

What a bummer! I ordered stuff in November and paid a lot, but nothing ever arrived. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - they string you along, not giving real answers. Still struggling to get my money back, it's like pulling teeth.
