Wedding website platform
The wedding website we used for our guests to get info about our wedding and RSVP was a letdown. Our guests thought it was okay, but we as the couple had a hard time with the confusing layout. It was tough to use, especially on a phone, and just not very user-friendly. Plus, the accommodation templates page sent guests to an American booking site, which was confusing for anyone trying to book through our site. I wouldn't suggest using this platform, especially if you're not in the US.

Electric bike purchase
I just bought an electric bike from this company, eh. But, you know what? I ran into a major issue with the frame that they wouldn't even admit was a problem. I reached out to their service department and tried to get it fixed under warranty, but no luck. Now I'm stuck with a pricey bike that I can't even use. So, fair warning to anyone thinking about buying from them - make sure you do your homework and listen to other people's stories first, eh.

Returned shorts
I had the worst experience with the customer service team, eh. I returned a pair of shorts almost a month ago and I still haven't gotten my refund, eh. Every time I contact them, they give me the same excuse that it will take several more weeks before they can process my return and issue a refund, eh. This is totally unacceptable for a big company like this, eh. There's no good reason why it should take weeks to give me back my money, eh. If you ever need to return something, be ready to wait forever for your refund, eh.
