I just bought some clothes from this store and honestly, I'm super let down by the quality. The fabric felt so cheap and the stitching was all wonky. I tried to return them, but oh man, that's when it all went downhill. It's been six weeks since I sent the stuff back and still no sign of my refund. Their customer service is a joke, I can never reach anyone on the phone and my emails are just getting ghosted. It's so annoying and feels like such a waste of both time and money.

I ordered a medium size, but they sent me a small instead. I had to send it back for a refund, but they didn't give me back the delivery fee. I was pretty bummed about the mix-up and the lack of good customer service.
