I recently bought something online from this store and ran into some issues with getting my order. The delivery company wrongly said they dropped off my package when I didn't get it. I tried reaching out to customer service by email and live chat, but they weren't very helpful or caring about my problem. Their response didn't really help and didn't show any sympathy, which left me feeling annoyed and like they didn't care about me as a customer.
