Defective MP3 player, unresponsive customer service
I got a broken MP3 player from Victure and I tried to get in touch with them several times with nice emails, even in English, to ask about sending it back. But I didn't hear back from them at all. So now I can't return the player since you have to ask for the return address as per their policy.
Baby monitor purchase
I bought a baby monitor from this company not long ago, but things did not go well with the delivery. The tracking info said the package got sent back, but I haven't heard anything since, even after reaching out to customer service a bunch of times. It's been really frustrating dealing with the company's lack of communication and solution.
Video doorbell, baby monitor, wifi camera purchase
I recently bought a video doorbell, baby monitor, and wifi camera from this company, and I've run into some big issues. The main problem is that each device needs a separate app to work. It's super inconvenient since I wanted to be able to keep an eye on everything in one place, but that wasn't possible. I contacted customer support for help, and they just said that since the devices are different, they need different apps. The lack of integration between the devices and apps was really frustrating and made the whole experience not smooth at all. On top of that, the customer service support I got was minimal, leaving me to figure out the problem on my own.
Camera ordered but not received
I recently bought a camera online, but I never got it. The company didn't even communicate with me, so now I'm not sure if I'll ever get my money back. I suggest avoiding this company because they're not professional or reliable.
Wildlife camera
I bought a wildlife camera not too long ago and it broke down after only 15 months. I tried contacting customer service but didn't get much help. Their service was pretty awful and they took forever to respond. They only gave me a lousy 10% discount on my next purchase as a sorry. That wasn't good enough for me, so I decided to just get rid of the camera.
Purchased faulty product
I bought something from this company, but it turned out to be broken. The description on their website wasn't clear, and my order was missing an important piece. I tried to contact their customer service, but it was slow and not helpful. It's been two weeks since I bought it, and I still haven't gotten the missing part. I feel like I wasted my time and money.
Stealth Cam
I just got a new camera for taking pictures of wildlife, and let me tell you, it's awesome! The quality is top-notch, especially the night recordings. I use it to track different species, and the results are amazing. The front-facing screen is a game-changer for framing shots. The motion sensor is really sensitive, had to tweak it a bit since it was capturing too much. Overall, I can say that this camera is way better than others I've used before.
My mistaken camera order
I made a mistake and ordered a camera, eh. I followed the return instructions they gave me, but I still haven't heard back after 2 weeks even though they said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Honestly, it's so frustrating not getting any communication. Now I'm thinking about disputing the charge on my card and filing complaints with the right people. Overall, my experience with this company has been disappointing and I wouldn't recommend them, eh.
