I ordered this scale online and it arrived really quickly and was packaged really well! I was surprised by how well it was protected. I decided to go with the Trx 925 scale because it was within my budget and I have to say, it's really great. I'm looking forward to getting more cool stuff to go with it!

I am so disappointed with this brand, eh. I had high hopes, but the customer service is just terrible, eh. I tried calling multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone, and forget about leaving a message ‘cause that wasn’t even an option. I even emailed them twice about an exchange, but got no response, eh. It’s been over three weeks now and I’m still waiting. At this point, I just want a refund, not an exchange, eh. I’m so frustrated with this brand's lack of communication and professionalism, eh. In such a competitive market, you’d think they’d care more about their customers. But no, their service is just plain dumb, eh. I’m definitely gonna find another brand for my son, eh.

New driver
Hey there, I just wanna chat about my recent experience buying a new driver from this store. It's been like, over a month since I ordered it and still no sign of my item. I tried talking to their customer service team, but they haven't really helped me out. They won't give me a refund until they check with the delivery people about where my order is. I'm super bummed about this whole situation and won't be shopping here again. You might wanna check out other places like The Golf Warehouse (TGW) for faster and better service. Just a heads up!
