So, I bought some stuff from this clothing brand and was pretty pumped to get it. But then, when the order showed up, I had to pay extra for customs that they didn't tell me about when I bought it. Kinda sucked and left me feeling pretty bummed out. I tried hitting up customer service for some answers, but all I got back was a basic reply that didn't really help. It's not cool to keep customers in the dark like that, ya know?
