Norton antivirus software
The virus protection from Norton antivirus is really good. It does a great job of keeping my device safe from all kinds of threats and making sure my information stays secure. But, I was kind of let down when I found out that some important services aren't part of the regular version and you gotta pay extra for the Deluxe one. It's annoying when I want to clear out cookies and then realize it's not part of the package I already shelled out money for. I hope Norton starts including all those services in the regular version so it's smoother for us customers.

Express shipping order
I ordered something for express shipping more than 10 days ago and it still hasn't shown up. I asked about sending another package to a vacation spot in the US and they said it couldn't be done until I returned home, even when I offered to pay for express service again. The service was rude and terrible, from the start to the top management. I won't be buying from this company again. The service was just awful!

Missing order
I'm really disappointed to say that my experience with the company has been pretty bad. I never got my order from Italo Jewelry even though they said it was delivered. The customer service was not great when I tried to fix the problem. Overall, it's been super frustrating and disappointing.

Unauthorized renewal charge
I had a problem with a renewal charge on my account that I didn't authorize. Even though I hadn't used the service in a while, I still got charged without asking. I got in touch with customer service to deal with the issue, and I have to say, they did a great job. The person I talked to was really helpful and understood where I was coming from. They quickly gave me a refund for the charge without any trouble. I'm happy with how professional they were and how willing they were to fix the problem.
