I just bought some surf-inspired clothes and accessories from this company, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the quality and style of the stuff. Gift card issue
Eh bud, so I was doing some shopping with a gift card, eh. I got two shirts in different sizes, trying to see which one fits me best. But then, when I returned two of the shirts, instead of getting my money back, they put it back on the gift card. Now, I gotta go back, return the other two shirts, and buy them again right away to use up the gift card cash. I tried reaching out to customer service twice about this, but haven't heard back yet, eh. So now I gotta go into the store to do the return and rebuy, which is kinda a pain, ya know?
