Sizing issue with order
I recently had an issue with the size of something I ordered online from this store. The package didn't come with a delivery note, so it's been tough trying to return it. I tried asking for help through email, but the responses seemed like auto-replies and didn't really help me with my problem. And to top it off, I was bummed to see that the live chat option they said was there wasn't actually working.

Money transfer to South Africa
Sent some money over to a South African bank, and it got there on the same day, as long as I did it before 2pm Pretoria time. Ran into a few problems at first, but the customer service team sorted it out real quick. Big shout out for getting the job done and for being so helpful!

Authentic Check Request
I recently bought something from VC and asked for a physical authentication. I was a bit nervous that it would slow down the delivery, but to my surprise, it came in less than a week, just like they said. The item was gorgeous and looked brand new, just what I wanted.
