I had a really bad time with their customer service when I tried to return something. I sent back the item on January 8th and asked for my money back, but haven't heard anything since then. I even emailed them on January 30th with proof from the Post Office that I returned the item, requesting my refund of over $200, but still no response or money. It's so annoying not being able to talk to an actual person and only dealing with a robotic service. The terrible communication and customer service have really changed how I see the brand.

As someone who comes here a lot, I really like the vibe and quality of the movie night. But I have an idea that might make it even better for everyone. Right now, the bathroom signs say 'Everyman' and 'Everygirl', which is cute but might not include everyone. With more people talking about gender inclusivity these days, it would be cool to change the signs to be more inclusive for all. Little changes like this can really make a difference and make everyone feel welcome. Using language that includes everyone is not just nice, it's important in today's diverse world.
