I got new glasses because I couldn't see properly, and there were so many cool options to choose from, plus they weren't too expensive.

I had a pretty bad experience with this company, eh. Got two of the same thing as a birthday gift, and when I called customer service to sort it out, it was terrible, eh. Just brutal customer service. Even though I was only one day late for the return policy because I was on vacation, they wouldn't help me at all. Now I'm stuck with two jackets that are exactly the same, for no reason. This kind of inflexibility and lack of understanding from a company is just not cool, and it makes me not want to shop there ever again, eh.

I bought some printer cartridges from that store not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The customer service leaves something to be desired too - they never picked up the phone when I had a problem with the product.
