I just bought some school uniforms online for my grandson's birthday. I was pretty bummed when I found out that the delivery date on the website was wrong. When I checked the order status, it just said it was still processing. After a frustrating call with Customer Service that lasted 30 minutes, I was told that the order was actually placed later than what I was originally told. It turns out it won't arrive until a week after the delivery date shown on the website. This mix-up really put a damper on my grandson's birthday.

The backpack I bought was awesome at first, but after using it a bit, the zipper broke. It's been such a hassle trying to get it fixed and returned. I've been sending so many emails trying to figure out the right EORI number for customs. Next time, I think I'll just buy from a store where they can replace the bag and handle the warranty stuff. Right now, it feels like the warranty is useless.

Oh my goodness, can I just say that the customer service at this store is absolutely amazing? Like, for real, I had an issue with the bra I bought and I was thinking, "oh man, here we go, gotta deal with customer service." But they totally surprised me! They responded really fast and fixed the problem right away. I am so impressed with them!
