ServiceI bought something a few days ago and now I'm full of regrets. I've been trying to find out where my gift is going, but there's no customer service to give me a hand. Every time I try to get help on the website, I just get sent in circles. It's so annoying not knowing where my order is or if it went through okay. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, and I seriously advise everyone to avoid buying on this platform.

ServiceThe whole ordering experience was so annoying because I couldn't talk to a real person when I needed help, just a bunch of pre-written answers. Then, after I canceled my PayPal payment, I finally managed to reach someone via email, but then there were more problems with the group gifts. Even though I paid everything in full, they still didn't send out the gift, so I ended up empty-handed at the baby shower.
