    I'm really disappointed with the company. I ordered CBD oil two months ago and still haven't received it. I contacted customer service and they said they'd give me a refund, but I haven't heard from them since. This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience ever.

    Hemp Balm

    I bought a jar of Hemp Balm at the store recently and it was not a good buy. The jar was hard to open when I got it, and when I finally managed to open it, the balm inside had gone bad. I tried to get in touch with customer service to fix the problem, but they were not very helpful. Even after I explained what happened, they said there was nothing they could do since I didn't open the jar within the 60-day return period. I was left feeling pretty disappointed with the whole situation. It's not cool to deal with such inflexible customer service, especially when the product didn't live up to expectations. I expect better quality control and care from a company as a customer. I won't be shopping there again and I have my doubts about the honesty of their reviews since they don't allow negative feedback on their website.

    The product was awesome, no complaints about that. But man, I was so let down by how long it took for my order to show up - a full 6 weeks! Like, seriously? In this day and age, that's just not cool. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it was seriously lacking and not helpful at all. If they want to make sure customers keep coming back, they really need to up their delivery and service game.

    Subscription mix-up, expensive products

    So, I thought I was signing up for just 2 weeks, but they ended up charging me for 6 weeks! And to make matters worse, they sent me my stuff for $295 instead of the $241 I was expecting. I reached out to them about it and Shayna insisted that everything was correct and couldn't be changed. I mean, come on, is that even fair?

    I decided to give the Orange gummies a shot after not liking the Blueberry ones because of their weird metal taste. And man, let me tell you, the Orange ones are next level! They're not only super tasty, but they do wonders for my constant pain, especially my sciatica and arthritis. Some days when the pain is too much, I end up taking like 3 of these gummies a day, but honestly, it's totally worth it for the relief they give me. I've been telling all my buddies dealing with the same stuff about NuLeaf because I genuinely believe in how well their products work.

    The product is great for my pup, she gets all stressed out around the fam. It's awesome that they give a discount for all the First Responders, Second Responders, and Military peeps. And it's not too bad tasting considering it's made with plant-based oil.

    My experience with this company has been pretty good so far. I bought something not too long ago and I got it pretty quickly and it was good quality. I've seen some good results from it and I'm happy with what I got. But I wasn't too impressed with their customer service. It took them a while to get back to me and I didn't find their responses very helpful. Still, I'm excited to buy more stuff from them in the future.

And let me tell ya, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the product was. It really helped with my anxiety and made me sleep like a baby at night. The folks at customer service were top-notch too, eh. They knew their stuff and answered all my questions. The price was fair compared to other brands I've tried, so it was worth it for the results I got. The delivery came quick and the packaging was solid.     The shipment took forever to process and get sent out. It took a whole five days just to "ship" the order, and even after nine days, the tracking info still hasn't shown any sign of it leaving Colorado. I'll definitely be looking for a different company to handle my orders from now on.

    I recently had an issue with my online order. Even though I had paused my subscription, I still got the wrong product and was charged for it. When I reached out to customer service to fix things, they told me I would have to pay for the return shipping and take time out of my day to send back the wrong item. I was really frustrated about having to deal with the cost and hassle of returning something that was sent to me by mistake. On top of that, they gave me a phone number to call for help, but no one answered my call. This whole situation left me feeling unhappy with the service I received.

    Lost package, long response times

    The customer service from this company was terrible. They're supposed to be a big name in the industry, but I was really disappointed with how they handled things. It took them a whole week to respond to my email about my lost package, and then it took another two weeks to sort everything out. The communication was all over the place, with long gaps between replies, so I had no idea what was going on with my order. I had to keep sending my emails again just to make sure they got them. This kind of mess and lack of communication just isn't okay nowadays. Even though I liked their products, dealing with their customer service was such a headache that I don't want to buy from them again. I'll be going to Neurogan next time for their top-notch organic products and great customer service.

    I signed up for a subscription service and didn't receive any notification before they shipped my orders. I had to pay for the return shipping just to get my money back. I've had enough of this, I'm definitely ending this relationship after I receive my refund.
