Subscription tea service
The tea subscription service from this company might look like a nice gift for someone who loves tea, but honestly, it's not worth it. The teas they send you are ones they pick, not ones you choose. Plus, you can't swap them out for something else. If you end up not liking the tea, tough luck cause they don't offer refunds. And dealing with their customer service through email only is a real pain.

I just bought a pair of sunglasses from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how well-made and stylish they are. These sunglasses aren't just good-looking, they're also really tough, so I know they're gonna last me a long time. The designs are so cool and different, definitely a step above other brands out there. I love that they focus on being unique and letting people show off their own style.

Dress shoes, Comfortable, Customer service
I just bought a couple pairs of fancy shoes 'cause I needed to switch things up from my usual sneakers. Gotta say, these shoes are so comfy, they don't squish my toes like some other brands I've tried. And big shoutout to the awesome customer service I got while shopping. I had to swap a pair for a different size and it was super easy. They gave me a UPS mailing tag for the return and as soon as UPS had the package, they sent out the new pair right away. I got them the next day, which was really impressive and handy.

Big book order
Eh, so I put in a big ol' order and most of it came real fast, eh. But then that last box just disappeared on me! I gave a ring to those nice folks and they sent me some more stuff plus a bonus book, can you believe it? All the goodies showed up before Christmas and man, those books look amazing. I'm thrilled with the service and you can bet I'll be ordering from them again, eh! Thanks a bunch!

Fund withholding issue
I've been with the company for nine years and never had any issues until now. Lately, there have been long delays with my funds. Since February 19th, I haven't been able to make any transactions in Australia. I tried reaching out to customer support and asking for my money back, but all I get are robotic responses that don't help at all. I'm annoyed with how slow they're being in fixing this. I really hope they give me my money back soon.

I bought some accessories for my guns from this store the other day. Ordering was a breeze and choosing a FFL transfer was not a problem. Shipping was super fast and the prices were pretty good, especially with all the sales and clearance stuff they have. I definitely suggest checking this place out. The only bummer was that my product sticker got a little messed up, but it's no biggie. I'd for sure come back here again.
