Canvas print purchase
I recently bought a canvas print from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. I sent them an email on November 29th to let them know how disappointed I was. After waiting for weeks, on December 14th, I finally got an email saying they'd reprint the canvas for me. But when I got it, it was still bad quality and didn't match the colors in my original photo. I'm still waiting for them to fix this mess. The customer service I've gotten from them has been the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with. I've sent them a bunch of emails and even sent a physical letter, but I still haven't gotten a satisfactory response. The email I got on December 21st was just a generic one that didn't really address my concerns or offer a solution.
