The book looks great, no doubt about that. But let me tell you, the customer service is a total joke. I put effort into writing a heartfelt dedication, only to find out that it got botched by some silly typo I couldn't even correct. And don't even get me started on their rushed production excuse. Now I'm left with an expensive book that I can't even give away as a present. What a letdown, eh.

I just bought this amazing personalized children's book for my nephew from this company. Let me tell you, it was not just cute, but such a lovely and thoughtful gift idea for kids of any age.
