ReliabilityI ordered a personalized gift from this company not too long ago. But oh, what a disappointment it was to find out that my order got lost in transit. I had to show up at the event without a gift, which was pretty embarrassing if you ask me. The customer service team did try their best to help by arranging an express delivery for my friend, but the whole situation just left a bad taste in my mouth. It definitely affected my opinion of the company as a whole.
