I purchased this software a few years ago and it worked well at first. But when I tried to install it on a new computer, I ran into a big issue. The software didn't recognize my Facebook login, which I used when I first registered the product. I contacted customer service several times, but the problem was never fixed. It seems like they stopped allowing Facebook logins on purpose to make customers buy the software again with a different login. It's frustrating because the software is really good when it's working.

I phoned Sally's earlier today to check if they had the black eye pencil I was looking for. The girl, Jasmin, was really friendly and even offered to save 2 for me.
