PriceI can't believe how cheeky this online booking platform is! They really overcharge at 35%+VAT from the partner salons and their customer service is just terrible. It's so hard to reach them directly, you can only fill out an online form and then wait forever for a reply. Partner salons are really getting shafted by using this platform. Why even have a platform like this if all it does is take advantage of business owners?
