Treatwell - Reviews and experiences

This company is a total disaster! Since they moved me to a new platform, I've had non-stop problems like missing payments, reviews disappearing, and sending wrong appointment info to my clients. I can't even reach my account manager because they're ignoring my emails and the chat on the app is no help at all. I'm so fed up and just want to close my account and get my money back, but Treatwell is making it unnecessarily hard. Stay away from this company and save yourself the trouble.

I booked an appointment at a hair salon online, but don't want to say which one. After my appointment, I got an email saying I didn't show up, so I contacted them right away. I was at the salon for over 4 hours and ended up paying more than I was supposed to. The platform said they would talk to the salon about it, but then said I didn't actually book through them, so I couldn't leave a review. It was really unprofessional and frustrating. Not only was there confusion with the booking, but my hair didn't turn out well, maybe because of the mix-up. I'm disappointed with how unclear and unreliable the whole process was, and it makes me doubt the platform's reviews.

I gotta say, I tried out this spa service through this platform and man, was I let down big time. At first, it all seemed great - they offered rewards and you could pay in advance for treatments. But then, after a year, all my points disappeared before I could even use them for a voucher like they said. Feels like a total rip-off and shows they really don't care about their customers.
