Treatwell - Reviews and experiences

I tried out their professional connect platform and it has been a total mess. Lots of errors, no payments, and customer service is not responding. I was planning to renew, but not anymore. I want a refund and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

I'm really upset about the service I received. I couldn't believe it when they took payment before confirming my booking and without asking for a security code. My card info was filled in automatically, but I didn't go through with the booking. I was browsing for other massage places near me when I found out that the booking was actually made under someone else's name. This is not okay at all.
