App & PortalI tried out their professional connect platform and it has been a total mess. Lots of errors, no payments, and customer service is not responding. I was planning to renew, but not anymore. I want a refund and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.
Booking without confirmation
Booking without confirmation
App & PortalI'm really upset about the service I received. I couldn't believe it when they took payment before confirming my booking and without asking for a security code. My card info was filled in automatically, but I didn't go through with the booking. I was browsing for other massage places near me when I found out that the booking was actually made under someone else's name. This is not okay at all.
Easy hair appointment booking

App & PortalTreatwell is super handy, eh! The app is easy to use and it always suggests cool places nearby that I never knew about. I've used it a bunch for my hair appointments, and even though one time a salon cancelled on me last minute, I don't blame Treatwell for that. Overall, I can't complain about my experience with the app or the service. I would totally recommend it to all my friends. The only thing I would say is that I wish there were more salons in my hometown on the app, eh.

App & PortalI can't even give this service a zero rating because they don't allow it. Honestly, it's the worst app for booking appointments, and their attitude is terrible. I tried it out for a month, didn't see any results, and when I tried to cancel, they said no and told me to wait it out. They pretty much force you to keep using their service and keep paying those monthly fees, plus a hefty 30% commission on any clients they send your way. It's just a total mess. I even filed a complaint since I couldn't cancel my subscription after sending them 5 emails - they don't even have a contact phone number, only calling you instead. I recommend using Booksy instead, it's way better.

App & PortalMy experience booking a hair appointment through Treatwell was awesome, eh. The platform was super easy to use and I had no trouble finding a spot at a nearby salon. But what really stood out was the great customer service I got from the representative. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I loved how quick they were to respond and how helpful they were every step of the way. I'd totally recommend Treatwell to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to book beauty services, eh.

App & PortalI've been using this app to book my appointments for a while and it's been great. It's always reliable and super easy to use. I really like how I can easily reschedule my appointments without any issues. The only thing that bothers me is that some places don't take in-app payments, so I always have to remember to bring cash.

App & PortalOh my goodness, I had the absolute worst time trying to book an appointment with this website. I mean, I live in a big city and only managed to secure one appointment in 4 months, can you believe it? And if your service isn't listed in their system, they just toss it under some random name. And good luck trying to get help from their customer service, because they are nowhere to be found. No phone number to call, can you imagine? It's like we're back in the Stone Age. And their website is a nightmare to navigate, it's like talking to a robot that expects you to figure everything out on your own. Now they've changed their policy to no customer support at all, can you believe it? You can't even speak to a real person. And forget about getting updated information, it's like talking to a wall. When I tried to pay my bill on their site, it was a disaster. No confirmation for appointments, it's just a mess. Trust me, steer clear of this like the plague.

App & PortalSo, yeah, I booked an appointment for a facial on this super annoying website and it was, like, the worst. The layout was so confusing, and I accidentally ended up paying an extra $24 because the buttons were all over the place. And then, when I asked for a refund, they were just like, 'nope, sorry!' Ugh, never going back there again!
Online booking experience
Online booking experience
App & PortalMy experience with this online booking platform has been really bad, eh. I've been using it for 2 years now, and every week there are problems with clients booking online, eh. The SMS notifications don't come through, push notifications aren't working, and even when I make appointments in person, I don't get any confirmation SMS. I'd recommend staying away from them, since they only care about making money from new clients, eh.
