Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience
ComplaintsYour customer service is just terrible. I can't believe how incompetent and frustrating your company is. Your app is so hard to use, it's like you're trying to make things complicated on purpose. I asked for masculine scents, but got women's perfumes instead, every time. You're not even paying attention to what I'm asking for. And the pricing - you told me one thing and then charged me something completely different. Cancelling the subscription is nearly impossible, it's like a maze. Do you even care about keeping customers? Because your actions show otherwise. Avoid this company to save yourself the trouble.
Fragrance subscription
Fragrance subscription
ComplaintsThis company is a disaster. I signed up for a fragrance subscription and never got my products. I contacted customer service for weeks, and they told me DHL lost my package. I tried getting a refund or reshipment, but all I got were excuses and delays. The lack of communication and incompetence of their customer service team, especially Daria R., has left me super frustrated. This company clearly doesn't care about customers and just wants money without keeping promises. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you want to throw away your money and deal with their unprofessionalism.
Cancelled Subscription Charged
Cancelled Subscription Charged
ComplaintsSo I canceled my subscription but I still got charged, you know? I was really annoyed because I thought everything was all sorted out. And then they were asking about my delivery even though I already canceled. Plus, I can't even turn off notifications which is really irritating. I tried to give feedback but they didn't even respond! And you have to email them to cancel but they don't even reply to that either. Hopefully, they see this review and actually take action because it's not cool, man.
Smelly stuff
Smelly stuff
ComplaintsOh my goodness, I really wanted to try out this scent subscription box but they just started charging me without any warning! Ugh, I had to change my card number to stop them from taking my money. And now they're asking for my new card details before they refund me?! How rude!
Subscription overcharging and poor customer service
Subscription overcharging and poor customer service
ComplaintsMy experience with this subscription service was so disappointing. I signed up for a monthly subscription and then realized they were charging my card too much. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, they said no and kept taking money from my account. Even though I told them many times not to send me anything, they said the product was already shipped and wouldn't give me my money back. And to top it off, the fragrance they sent me smelled really cheap and gross. I felt like I was being tricked and got really frustrated with how they wouldn't take responsibility.
