Oh my goodness, I really wanted to try out this scent subscription box but they just started charging me without any warning! Ugh, I had to change my card number to stop them from taking my money. And now they're asking for my new card details before they refund me?! How rude!

So, my partner is super into perfumes, eh? I thought I'd do something special for her and signed up for Scentbird. Now, every month she can hardly wait for the new fragrance to show up in the mail. It's like Christmas morning for her whenever a package arrives. The look on her face when she opens the box and discovers a new scent to add to her collection is worth its weight in gold. Scentbird has really made gift-giving simple and fun for me. It's a win-win for both of us, eh?

Subscription overcharging and poor customer service

My experience with this subscription service was so disappointing. I signed up for a monthly subscription and then realized they were charging my card too much. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, they said no and kept taking money from my account. Even though I told them many times not to send me anything, they said the product was already shipped and wouldn't give me my money back. And to top it off, the fragrance they sent me smelled really cheap and gross. I felt like I was being tricked and got really frustrated with how they wouldn't take responsibility.

I bought some scents from SB recently and I'm pretty happy with them. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow returns for scents you don't like. I really enjoyed the first scent I got, but the second one wasn't for me. I get why the company is worried about people taking advantage of a return policy, but it would be great if subscribers could return a scent for free once or twice a year, or after buying a certain number. It wouldn't be too much for the company, and customers wouldn't be stuck with scents they don't like.
