Portable perfume for convenience
I really like how this perfume comes in a small size that fits in my purse. With my Lupus diagnosis, I sometimes have trouble moving my hands easily, so having a fragrance that's simple to use is really helpful for me. Thanks for making such a product that's so easy to use.
My 3rd Scentbird subscription
Oh my goodness, I absolutely love my Scentbird! Each fragrance feels like a perfect match and I can change my scent anytime. It's like having a whole perfume shop delivered to my mailbox!
Variety of scents
I was super pumped to give Scentbird a try because they have so many different perfumes to choose from. I thought it would be awesome to get a new scent every month without having to buy a huge bottle. But, my recent run-in with their customer service was pretty disappointing. One of the perfumes I wanted was out of stock, so my order was just sitting there saying "processing" for a whole month. No one from Scentbird bothered to let me know or provide a fix for the problem.
Smelly stuff
Oh my goodness, I really wanted to try out this scent subscription box but they just started charging me without any warning! Ugh, I had to change my card number to stop them from taking my money. And now they're asking for my new card details before they refund me?! How rude!
Subscription overcharging and poor customer service
My experience with this subscription service was so disappointing. I signed up for a monthly subscription and then realized they were charging my card too much. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, they said no and kept taking money from my account. Even though I told them many times not to send me anything, they said the product was already shipped and wouldn't give me my money back. And to top it off, the fragrance they sent me smelled really cheap and gross. I felt like I was being tricked and got really frustrated with how they wouldn't take responsibility.

I just started this scent subscription with this company, and I gotta say, I'm loving it! The scents they offer are amazing, and I've been really happy with the two I got. The packaging is super nice and makes unboxing it a treat every month. I'll definitely be spreading the word about this company to all my friends and followers on social media.
