Your customer service is just terrible. I can't believe how incompetent and frustrating your company is. Your app is so hard to use, it's like you're trying to make things complicated on purpose. I asked for masculine scents, but got women's perfumes instead, every time. You're not even paying attention to what I'm asking for. And the pricing - you told me one thing and then charged me something completely different. Cancelling the subscription is nearly impossible, it's like a maze. Do you even care about keeping customers? Because your actions show otherwise. Avoid this company to save yourself the trouble.

I emailed the Customer Service team because I didn't have any tracking information for my Pre-Order items. Liz responded quickly and offered to ship my other items first. The service was great!
