Hobbii is so great! I love following them on social media and playing their games. The selection of yarn they have is amazing, and I've always been happy with what I've bought. The quality from the softness to the colors is top-notch. I'm already looking forward to my next order coming in!

I bought those claret napkins from a website I thought was amazing for my beautiful burgundy wedding. All the colors need to match perfectly, you know? But when I got them, the napkins were totally wrong! They were red, not claret! I called and the person on the phone was really mean, and wouldn't let me return them even though they were so wrong. She even offered me a discount for my next order, but I would never buy from them again after this disaster. My wedding will be ruined if the colors don't match perfectly. Not cool at all, Beau-coup!

This USB-C adapter was totally useless. I mean, it seemed okay at first, even though it seemed like a cheap knock-off and wasn't even the color I ordered. But after just three days, it decided to stop working altogether. I tried everything, but it only ended up being able to charge my device. I'm super bummed about this product and definitely won't be buying anything else from that company.

I tried out the trial version of the software, thinking I would buy the full one later on. But then, I started getting bombarded with those annoying pop-up notifications telling me my trial was about to end. It was so disruptive! After all that, I decided I didn't want to give my money to a company like that. I used to use the free version back in the day, but wow, the software has really changed. I don't get why they have to push those notifications so hard. I feel bad for the workers there, honestly. I've read some reviews and it seems like they might not be in business much longer if they keep this up.

The clothes I got from here were absolutely adorable! They were really soft and comfy for my little sister to wear. The stuffed animals were also really cute, and she loves playing with them. The designs are so creative and fun, definitely stand out from other baby gifts I've seen. And the quality is top-notch too, so I know they'll last a long time.

I ordered a necklace for my husband's birthday and it's MIA! It was supposed to be here by the 2nd, but no sign of it. I tried reaching out to Not On The High Street and the seller, but no luck. The post office had no info until it was out for delivery. So annoying not being able to get in touch with someone about this mess. Thinking I might not shop here again.

I've had a ton of problems with the software and equipment I got from this company. The software keeps failing, causing me to lose work and crashing during important gigs. The customer service hasn't been helpful at all, giving me complicated instructions that don't actually solve anything. The staff have been rude and won't let me speak to someone higher up. All in all, my experience with this company has been terrible and has really hurt me both financially and in my career.

Even though I got back $143.52, I still haven't seen the $1,364.98 refund I'm waiting for. I talked to my bank and PayPal, and they both said that there was no refund transaction. I've been contacting the customer service team a bunch of times in the last couple of weeks, but the problem is still not fixed. It's been super annoying and a waste of time, and it doesn't look good on their team's performance.
