Claret napkins for burgundy wedding
I bought those claret napkins from a website I thought was amazing for my beautiful burgundy wedding. All the colors need to match perfectly, you know? But when I got them, the napkins were totally wrong! They were red, not claret! I called and the person on the phone was really mean, and wouldn't let me return them even though they were so wrong. She even offered me a discount for my next order, but I would never buy from them again after this disaster. My wedding will be ruined if the colors don't match perfectly. Not cool at all, Beau-coup!
Shot glasses purchase
I bought some shot glasses not too long ago, but they haven't arrived when they were supposed to. I had to call customer service three times to check on my order, and even though they promised a refund, I still haven't heard anything back from them. It's really frustrating to deal with this lack of responsibility and bad customer service. I suggest to others to steer clear of this company to avoid getting caught up in what seems like a possible scam.
Personalized tea bags
I tried to order some personalized tea bags from this place, but man, it was a total disaster! I couldn't even get through to anyone on the phone - like, seriously, answer the phone, come on! And the shipping fees? Way too expensive! And let me tell you, it got even worse when UPS asked for more money for delivery. Not cool, not cool at all. The tea bags were just okay, nothing amazing. The website was easy to navigate, but the prices were in USD, not Canadian dollars. No way, I won't be using this place again!
Personalized Birthday Mint Tins
I recently bought those Personalized Birthday Mint Tins for my wife's 50th birthday bash. The tin itself looks pretty good, but man, the lettering on it is so tiny and hard to read. I emailed the company quite a few times about it over a week, but they didn't really fix the problem. They just suggested I pay another $30 for a sticker with bigger letters, even though I already paid $179 for the tin. I tried telling them that the tin I got didn't match what was shown online, but they didn't really listen.
Purse Jane Marie
I bought a purse from this company called Jane Marie and I was so disappointed with how it turned out. When it arrived, it was all messed up - damaged, parts missing, and dirty. I tried to reach out through emails, sent some pictures, and even called them, but they didn't respond much except for asking for more pictures. It was so frustrating dealing with them and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from them again.
Chapstick and mints with assembly
I bought some chapstick and mints online, and I paid for assembly services too. But when my order arrived, the labels on the products belonged to someone else, and everything was still unassembled. I tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times, but it took me 8 days to actually talk to someone. They told me that my order was delayed and I was waiting for a shipping number. It's been a few weeks now since I placed my order in May, and I still haven't gotten this sorted out. The company did give me a refund eventually, but this whole experience has been so frustrating and disappointing.
Personalized wedding party gifts
I ordered some personalized items for my wedding party, but I never actually got the gifts. When I tried to reach out to customer service, nobody was there to help me. When I disputed the charges, they pretty much just said too bad. How are they still in business? Their staff is totally useless and they have no customer service skills. I would recommend staying far away from this company.
Danish experience
I've been checking out beau-coup.com for a bit and was wondering if any Danes have bought from them before. The website seems great with lots of products, but I'm a bit nervous about sending money across the Atlantic without knowing if I'll get my stuff.
Wedding glasses mix-up
I can't believe how terrible my experience was with this company, eh! I ordered stemless champagne glasses for my wedding rehearsal dinner, and they sent me tiny wine glasses instead, you know? What's up with that?? And then, to top it off, they said they couldn't even get me the champagne glasses at all. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, EH? This was just two days before my dinner, and it totally ruined everything, ya know? I had plans for a toast with those glasses and a cute little takeaway gift for all my guests, and now I have NOTHING. Thanks a lot, Beau Coup, for screwing up my special day, eh.
Engraved wine box
I bought a fancy wine box with engraving for a wedding present not too long ago. Sadly, it didn't show up on time because of some delivery mishap. After waiting weeks, I found out that the package got sent back to the warehouse without me even knowing. When I called customer service, they weren't helpful at all and couldn't fix the issue. This lack of communication and bad customer service really got to me and left me feeling annoyed and let down. I'd warn anyone else thinking of ordering from this company to be careful if getting things on time matters to you.
Large virtual event coffee packets
I ordered some coffee packets for a big online event not too long ago, and I was kinda happy with what I got. They showed up just like I asked, but here's the kicker - they weren't put together already. That meant we had to spend extra time getting all the logo stickers on, which was a bit of a downer. On the bright side, the price for the coffee packets was pretty fair, so that's something good to mention.
Peter Rabbit products for baby shower
Oh man, what a mess! I ordered some stuff from Peter Rabbit for my daughter's baby shower, thinking I'd have it in time for the event. But nope, that didn't happen. It said on the website the delivery would be a week before the shower, but nothing arrived. It took them 9 days to tell me one thing was out of stock, and the rest of my order was up in the air until I decided. And to top it off, they let me know this on a Friday, so I couldn't even call customer service until the Tuesday after that, which was less than a week before the event. Can you believe it? And even when I asked them to ship the rest of my order, they couldn't get it to me in time. Seriously?
Party favors
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. The party favors I ordered were totally different than what I thought. They were low quality and didn't look anything like the pictures online. And when I tried to talk about it with customer service, they were no help at all and brushed me off. It was embarrassing giving out those favors to my guests. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone wanting good products and service.
Personalized item with stickers
I was really looking forward to getting my personalized item from this company, but was kind of let down when I found out they used stickers instead of engraving or something more permanent. I tried reaching out to them to ask about it, but got no reply. The item itself was alright, but given how much I paid for it, I was hoping for something more than just stickers. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
