I bought a fancy wine box with engraving for a wedding present not too long ago. Sadly, it didn't show up on time because of some delivery mishap. After waiting weeks, I found out that the package got sent back to the warehouse without me even knowing. When I called customer service, they weren't helpful at all and couldn't fix the issue. This lack of communication and bad customer service really got to me and left me feeling annoyed and let down. I'd warn anyone else thinking of ordering from this company to be careful if getting things on time matters to you.

I got some cutting dies and clear stamps from this store, and oh man, they are so awesome! The cutting dies have intricate designs that make my crafts look amazing. The clear stamps are a blast to use, and they give my cards a pro touch. They've got so many cool designs to choose from, it's tough to pick just one! The quality is seriously top-notch, and I'm already looking forward to getting more!
