Our team recently started using the new Iplum app for HIPAA compliant texting and calling, and it has really helped us communicate better with our patients. Before, we had different systems for calling and texting, each causing its own problems. But with Iplum, everything is now in one place, making our work much smoother. Plus, some of our patients are also using the free Iplum app to text us, making it even easier for us to stay in touch with them.
