Non-working purchased number, lack of assistance
We recently got a number from your service for our company and were really happy when we got an email saying the number was all set and good to go. But, much to our disappointment, the number ended up not working at all. It caused a big problem for us because we had already paid for ads with this number, only to find out it's not functional. The ads had already been printed and sent out, resulting in a $712.00 loss. Even though we asked for help, we got an unprofessional reply and no real solution. It was really inconvenient that the customer service closes at 6pm, especially since it's almost the weekend.
