Virtual phone service
At first, I was happy with the virtual phone service until I ran into a problem updating my credit card info. They didn't let me know that I needed to update it, so on a Friday night, I got worried that my service might suddenly stop. Luckily, I contacted customer support, and they were helpful in getting everything back on track. But now I'm wondering if not being informed about updates like this could cause issues with HIPAA compliance if important info got lost. Also, I've had frustrating issues with the app not working properly with my Bluetooth headphones. It keeps disconnecting when I try to listen to voicemails.
