Ordering from this place was a total nightmare. The website was all messed up, the payment system kept messing up, and I waited forever for the confirmation email. When my order finally arrived, the shirt was the wrong size and the tie was a totally different color than what I picked online. I had to go through the hassle of returning the items and wasted both time and money. Customer service didn't really help when I tried to talk to them about it, so I'm never shopping here again.

I really like all the different programs they have on the website. But it's annoying that every few years when I need to renew my certifications, I always run into problems trying to get into my courses. As someone who works full-time, I have to be really organized with my schedule, so it's a pain to have to wait for a reply or waste time looking for my courses. I think they should make it easier for users to get into their courses right after buying them, maybe within 24 hours max.

I ordered a double nose ring and a septum clicker from this shop. To be honest, it was quite tough to figure out how to wear the double nose ring right, even after watching some videos. The rings were okay quality and everything fit nicely. My only issue is that the septum clicker doesn't have a hinge to keep it from moving around too much.
