    Cycling helmet

    I bought a cycling helmet from an online store recently and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole shopping experience. The website was super easy to use and there were so many different options to pick from. The product description was really detailed and helped me make my choice.     7 piece non-stick cookware set

    I just bought this 7 piece non-stick cookware set and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch. These pans are tough, easy to clean, and cook everything nice and even. But man, dealing with their customer service has been a huge letdown. I've been waiting for my order for over 2 months now, and all I've gotten are excuses and wrong delivery dates. The lack of communication and the fact that they removed their phone numbers from the website has just left me feeling frustrated and unsure. It's really too bad that a great product like this is being overshadowed by such lousy service from the company.

    Golf Shoes

    I bought these golf shoes from that company not long ago, and I gotta say I'm super let down by how they've held up. After only a few rounds on the course, the top part of my grey Zerogrand shoes got discoloured, which really bummed me out considering how much they cost. I've had pricier golf shoes in the past that could handle anything, and I never had this issue with them. And to make things worse, when I contacted customer service about it, all I got back was a generic automated reply. I had to bug them a bunch of times before finally getting a real response, and all they offered was a discount on more products.
