I went to Fabricville to pick up some fabric for a DIY project I found on TikTok. They had tons of choices and it was tough to decide on just one! The staff there were super friendly and guided me to the perfect fabric for my project. The prices were a bit steep, but the quality was top-notch. And you know what? My fabric arrived really quickly, no long waits at all! I had a fantastic time shopping at Fabricville and I'm excited to get started on my sewing project!
Fabric purchase for DIY curtains
I was so pumped to kick off a little DIY project and thought I'd grab some fabric from Fabricville. But man, it was such a bummer. The website was a total pain to use, couldn't find what I needed for the life of me. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was basically non-existent. Long wait times, zero help from the staff. Plus, the prices were sky-high compared to other fabric stores I've hit up, and the delivery took forever. All in all, my experience at Fabricville was a major letdown.
Recent fabric purchase
I bought some fabric for a DIY project I was working on, and let me tell you, it was not good. The fabric was so thin and felt really cheap. I was pretty let down by the quality. I had to go to a different store to get something better. My whole experience wasn't the best, so I won't be going back there again.
5 meters of fabric
I placed an order for some vinyl. It was on sale at a great price. It took them 6 days to get the order ready to ship which seems a little excessive but I guess it is what it is. They provided me with the tracking number and for 4 days it showed the package was never picked up. When I emailed customer service to inquire, they just kept telling me the package shipped on X day and providing me a link to the tracking info. The link provided clearly shows the package was never picked up so I emailed back. I said I have this tracking info and it shows the package was never picked up. Could someone checked to make sure the package was actually shipped. Customer service replies your package was shipped and sends me the same tracking info. Once again that shows the package was never picked up. The customer service team does not seem to want to do anything to see if the package is actually shipped . This might be an okay store if you're going in to buy something, but I do not recommend ordering online. If you have any problems, good luck getting them resolved with their horrible customer service center. I guess now I have two options put my project on hold and definitely and hope my product finally shows up or go buy more fabric locally and fight with my credit card company to hopefully get my money back
