The person I talked to, who I'll call "Mighty Millie," was super knowledgeable and quick in dealing with my questions. The first time I talked to Mighty Millie, I needed a refund for an item that was out of stock. She processed the refund right away and made sure I was happy with how it was handled. Later, I had an issue with a web order that wasn't showing the correct shipping cost. Once again, Mighty Millie came to the rescue and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Her commitment to making sure customers are happy was really impressive, and I felt like a valued customer throughout the whole process.
