    Cancelled ski boots order

    I ordered a pair of ski boots and waited for over a month without any updates on my order. It was frustrating not knowing if my order had even been filled or shipped. I reached out multiple times for information but received no response unless I initiated contact. It's disappointing to be left in the dark on a $500 purchase for so long. Skis.com should prioritize fulfilling existing orders before promoting new items for sale.

I've been trying to get in touch with them by phone and email about the missing item, and they're just straight up ignoring me, eh?     I recently ordered some ski gear, eh? The website said it would take 5-10 days for delivery, but it never even shipped, you know? I didn't hear anything about the delay and when I tried calling, the phone system wasn't even working, eh. I sent two emails to customer service, but didn't get any replies, eh. After waiting for three weeks, I ended up cancelling my order because I was tired of waiting with no updates, you know? So in the end, I didn't get any new ski gear, eh.

    Oh man, what a total disaster! I was so excited to get myself a new pair of ski boots for my big trip, and I thought I'd splurge on the 2-day shipping to get them in time. Can you believe it took six whole days for them to finally show up? And when I tried reaching out to the company about getting a refund for the late delivery, I didn't hear a peep back from them. I must have called and emailed them so many times, but it was like they were just ignoring me completely. It's super frustrating when companies don't bother keeping their customers in the loop or caring about their happiness. Just really disappointing, you know?

    Skis.com is honestly not great at all, eh! It took forever for my order to show up, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were pretty useless. They didn't even offer me a discount or anything to make up for the massive time I wasted. I'd say steer clear of this place, you can definitely find better ski gear shopping elsewhere, for sure.

    Ski poles order

    I recently ordered some ski poles from this company hoping to get them in time for my skiing trip, but it's been 19 days and they're still stuck in processing with no shipping update. I sent an email asking about my order, got no reply, so I called their customer service. Turns out, my order was actually canceled the day before because the product wasn't shippable and is now out of stock. But on my account, it still says processing. It's been so frustrating, especially since I got those poles as a birthday gift for my daughter. Now I have to rush to find a replacement from somewhere else. This has been my worst online shopping experience ever, the lack of communication and service from this company is just not acceptable. I definitely recommend looking somewhere else, even if it costs more.

    I was just like everyone else who decided to order a pair of skis, and guess what, they only had one left in stock. I wasn't too worried at first, I thought I'd just check on my order. But no, instead of being honest and upfront, they told me there was a mistake in their system and they had to cancel my order. Why couldn't they have told me that right away? It's really frustrating. I would have preferred if they were transparent with me instead of informing me after the fact.

    I bought some ski gear online not too long ago. Got my boots delivered, but the rest of my order never showed up. When I reached out to customer service a month later, they told me they had to cancel it cause they couldn't fulfill it. Seems fishy to me, like they just wanted to ditch the boots. So, be careful if you're thinking of buying from that store.

    Ski equipment set

    I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me the wrong ski gear twice, and even sent me a set with boots that were three sizes too big! The boots didn't even fit in the binding that was supposed to be in the package. It's ski season now, and I have nothing to use even though I started this in September. It's almost the new year and I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service from this company.

    This company's inventory management system is the worst. I ended up buying the same item twice, and both times they told me it was out of stock only after I asked about my order. It's so irritating to be strung along like that, so I'm definitely not going to shop with them again.

    Gift card issue

    I had a really bad experience with a gift card from this one place that wasn't accepted by another company. It was so annoying to deal with, especially since the two companies are connected somehow. I think that when a business gets bought out, they should take on the debts as well as the assets. The customer service person I talked to tried to clarify things, but I still think they should have handled it better.
