Quick and easy online ski purchase
I gotta be honest, I was kinda unsure at first 'cause I read some not-so-great reviews, but I thought, "What the heck? Let's give it a shot." And I'm glad I did 'cause things turned out pretty sweet. Seems like the new management has really improved things 'cause my purchase went off without a hitch. Got an email with tracking details soon after I placed my order, and my skis showed up in mint condition just 5 days later. Super stoked about my buy and will for sure think about coming back here next time I need gear.
Ski poles order
I recently ordered some ski poles from this company hoping to get them in time for my skiing trip, but it's been 19 days and they're still stuck in processing with no shipping update. I sent an email asking about my order, got no reply, so I called their customer service. Turns out, my order was actually canceled the day before because the product wasn't shippable and is now out of stock. But on my account, it still says processing. It's been so frustrating, especially since I got those poles as a birthday gift for my daughter. Now I have to rush to find a replacement from somewhere else. This has been my worst online shopping experience ever, the lack of communication and service from this company is just not acceptable. I definitely recommend looking somewhere else, even if it costs more.
New ski package
Oh hey! You won't believe it, I saw a bunch of people writing all sorts of mean stuff online, so naturally, I was a bit hesitant. But, I decided to take a leap of faith and order this amazing new ski package. And you know what? It came in super quickly and on top of that, I received emails updating me on everything! I couldn't be more excited to hit the slopes with my awesome new gear!
Skis order cancellation
I was just like everyone else who decided to order a pair of skis, and guess what, they only had one left in stock. I wasn't too worried at first, I thought I'd just check on my order. But no, instead of being honest and upfront, they told me there was a mistake in their system and they had to cancel my order. Why couldn't they have told me that right away? It's really frustrating. I would have preferred if they were transparent with me instead of informing me after the fact.
Boots
I got these boots from a store not too long ago. The first ones they gave me were too big, so I had to take them back. I eventually got the right size, but I wish they had been better at explaining how returns work. At least they gave me my money back quickly.
Ski equipment purchase
I bought some ski gear online not too long ago. Got my boots delivered, but the rest of my order never showed up. When I reached out to customer service a month later, they told me they had to cancel it cause they couldn't fulfill it. Seems fishy to me, like they just wanted to ditch the boots. So, be careful if you're thinking of buying from that store.
Ski equipment set
I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me the wrong ski gear twice, and even sent me a set with boots that were three sizes too big! The boots didn't even fit in the binding that was supposed to be in the package. It's ski season now, and I have nothing to use even though I started this in September. It's almost the new year and I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service from this company.
Item never sent, poor communication for out of stock
This company's inventory management system is the worst. I ended up buying the same item twice, and both times they told me it was out of stock only after I asked about my order. It's so irritating to be strung along like that, so I'm definitely not going to shop with them again.
Gift card issue
I had a really bad experience with a gift card from this one place that wasn't accepted by another company. It was so annoying to deal with, especially since the two companies are connected somehow. I think that when a business gets bought out, they should take on the debts as well as the assets. The customer service person I talked to tried to clarify things, but I still think they should have handled it better.
Helmet purchase for daughter
I was nervous after reading some bad reviews, but I took a gamble and bought a helmet for my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the service was. I ordered it for a good price on a Monday, and to my delight, it was shipped out the very next day and arrived by Thursday. The shipping speed was pretty standard, but the fact that it got to me so quickly was impressive. The whole thing went smoothly and without any trouble, and I felt like I got a good deal. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.
