I've been a loyal customer of this company for many years now and always get the same product. Unfortunately, my last order didn't make it to me. Even though the tracking showed it wasn't delivered, the customer service was really bad. The reps didn't really make it their problem and told me to sort things out with the courier, even though they said they would handle it. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and they fixed things for me. When I tried to order again, the security system blocked it, making me even more frustrated. Honestly, this was the worst customer service I've ever had and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
