Returns & RefundsI bought something new from this shop not long ago, but it ended up being too small for me. I was kind of bummed when I found out their return policy didn't allow for regular returns on items that don't work out. Thankfully, Cheryl from customer service was super helpful and worked with me to swap it out for something that actually fits.
