automatic renewals without my consent
This company slyly enrolls you in automatic renewals without telling you, leaving you with extra stuff you didn't ask for. When I wanted to send back the things, their system conveniently overlooked my request, making me go through a bunch of hoops to hear back. Their customer service is basically non-existent, with no one there to take calls when you need them. Ultimately, I had to bring the problem to the boss just to get it sorted out, and even then, I had to pay for return shipping. Definitely seems like a rip off to me!

Black lace lingerie set
I got my black lace lingerie set in the mail, but it had been opened and some things were missing. It wasn't the store's fault, but I was a bit let down. However, their customer service was amazing! They dealt with my issue fast, gave me a refund, and even called to make sure I knew how to return the items. I really appreciate their great service!

Surf-inspired graphic t-shirt
The t-shirt I picked up at that store was awesome. It had such nice colors and a sweet design, plus the quality was top-notch. The staff there was really nice, they helped me find my size, and the fitting room was super clean. Only thing is, I kinda wish they had more choices when it comes to styles and designs. But yeah, overall it wasn't a bad shopping trip at all.

The customer service rep I talked to, Joshua, was super helpful and quick to assist me when I got a messed up order. His professionalism totally made me see the brand in a different light. Really thankful for his help and would totally suggest reaching out to customer service if you have any problems.
