automatic renewals without my consent
This company slyly enrolls you in automatic renewals without telling you, leaving you with extra stuff you didn't ask for. When I wanted to send back the things, their system conveniently overlooked my request, making me go through a bunch of hoops to hear back. Their customer service is basically non-existent, with no one there to take calls when you need them. Ultimately, I had to bring the problem to the boss just to get it sorted out, and even then, I had to pay for return shipping. Definitely seems like a rip off to me!
Lip gloss
Oh my gosh, I ordered this lip gloss and it seriously took so long to get any shipping info. Like, seriously, just tell me where my stuff is! And then, I see I have to pay an extra 2 cents, but they won't let me! So rude, eh? There's no one to talk to about it, so frustrating. Ugh.

I got this lip gloss a few weeks back, and it's so cute. But, I still haven't received my order! I even reached out to customer service, but no response. It's frustrating! I wouldn't recommend buying from here, honestly.
Shady business tactics
My experience with this company has been a total nightmare, eh. I ordered a few weeks back and still haven't got it, you know. I've been trying to reach out to customer service, but they only partially refunded me for the main product I wanted in the first place. The lack of communication and bad customer service has really ticked me off, eh. I'm not even sure if I'll ever get the stuff I thought I bought. This whole thing is shady and I wouldn't suggest anyone goes shopping here, eh.
Hydrating and glowing skincare products
I was kinda unsure about trying out the skincare stuff from this place, but I'm really happy I gave it a shot! Those moisturizing formulas have really made a difference on my skin, making it look all glowing and healthy. Being in my fifties, I've tried out so many products through the years, and I gotta say, these ones are top-notch. Not only do they work well, but they also feel super fancy on my skin. I've been getting compliments on how youthful and radiant my skin looks, which really boosts my confidence. I totally recommend these products to anyone who wants to improve their skin's look and feel.
Twist up lipstick purchase
I just bought a twist up lipstick from the store, eh? Gotta say, I'm pretty let down by the design, eh. The lipstick has this cool twist up system to put it on, but, unfortunately, you can't twist it back down, eh. So now, the lipstick broke and I can't use it anymore, which is super frustrating and disappointing, eh. I've tried products from fancy brands like Charlotte Tilbury and Victoria Beckham before, and never had this problem, eh. I won't be buying this product again, that's for sure.
Un Cover Creme Foundation
Oh my goodness, I've tried so many makeup products but nothing seemed to work for me until I discovered this Un Cover Creme Foundation! I'm just a teenager and I already understand the importance of having makeup that doesn't dry out my skin. This product is truly amazing, it hides all my imperfections and makes me feel like a beauty queen. And the best part? I don't even need concealer – how awesome is that? Thank you RMS Beauty, you're amazing!
Online order dispute
I recently ordered something online from this company, eh, but I never got it. I waited a long time, but they never sent it to me. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because the company wouldn't even answer my questions. Dealing with them was so annoying, eh, so I would definitely warn others to be careful before buying anything from them, eh.
Brow pencil powder and mascara
I bought the brow pencil powder and mascara from this company, wanting to give their organic beauty products a shot. But, I was let down. The mascara smudged all over my eyelids and felt low quality, making my lashes stick together. The brow pencil and powder seemed old or badly made, breaking easily and the brush was no good. I tried reaching out to customer service, but got no reply - they clearly don't care about their customers. It's obvious this company is more focused on profits than giving good products and service. I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Lost my package
I ordered something but I accidentally put the wrong address so now I can't find my package anywhere! Nobody is helping me and I feel so lost. Why do they take your money if they can't even help you get your stuff? I think I'll just go somewhere else next time.
