This company slyly enrolls you in automatic renewals without telling you, leaving you with extra stuff you didn't ask for. When I wanted to send back the things, their system conveniently overlooked my request, making me go through a bunch of hoops to hear back. Their customer service is basically non-existent, with no one there to take calls when you need them. Ultimately, I had to bring the problem to the boss just to get it sorted out, and even then, I had to pay for return shipping. Definitely seems like a rip off to me!

Oh my gosh, I ordered this lip gloss and it seriously took so long to get any shipping info. Like, seriously, just tell me where my stuff is! And then, I see I have to pay an extra 2 cents, but they won't let me! So rude, eh? There's no one to talk to about it, so frustrating. Ugh.

I just bought a twist up lipstick from the store, eh? Gotta say, I'm pretty let down by the design, eh. The lipstick has this cool twist up system to put it on, but, unfortunately, you can't twist it back down, eh. So now, the lipstick broke and I can't use it anymore, which is super frustrating and disappointing, eh. I've tried products from fancy brands like Charlotte Tilbury and Victoria Beckham before, and never had this problem, eh. I won't be buying this product again, that's for sure.

I recently ordered something online from this company, eh, but I never got it. I waited a long time, but they never sent it to me. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because the company wouldn't even answer my questions. Dealing with them was so annoying, eh, so I would definitely warn others to be careful before buying anything from them, eh.

I bought the brow pencil powder and mascara from this company, wanting to give their organic beauty products a shot. But, I was let down. The mascara smudged all over my eyelids and felt low quality, making my lashes stick together. The brow pencil and powder seemed old or badly made, breaking easily and the brush was no good. I tried reaching out to customer service, but got no reply - they clearly don't care about their customers. It's obvious this company is more focused on profits than giving good products and service. I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I ordered something but I accidentally put the wrong address so now I can't find my package anywhere! Nobody is helping me and I feel so lost. Why do they take your money if they can't even help you get your stuff? I think I'll just go somewhere else next time.
