So I bought my daughter's prom dress not long ago, but man, it was such a mess. I got a message saying the dress was delivered, but it was nowhere to be seen. When I contacted customer service, they kept dodging my questions about the shipping. The dress didn't show up in time for the prom, so I asked to cancel the order. They told me to refuse the package, but it kept showing up at my door, just adding to my stress. I ended up having to complain to PayPal because they weren't communicating or fixing the issue. This whole thing has been a huge letdown.

I thought the dresses I bought were pretty good quality, but I was kind of disappointed with how confusing the return policy was. This guy Wayne from customer service was nice on the phone, but returning the dresses was a pain. Not being able to get a refund for unworn items in the wrong sizes didn't sit well with me. So, I ended up having to alter both dresses quite a bit. I get that they have their policy written down and all, but maybe they could make it clearer to avoid upsetting customers. Just so you know, I saw those same dresses at Nordstrom for the same price, but with way better return options. I really did like the dresses I got, but this whole return situation has basically turned me off from shopping there again.
