The sizing at this store is so frustrating. I tried to follow the size guide, but still ended up with the wrong size. The worst part is if you want to exchange or return, you have to pay for shipping yourself. And all you get back is store credit, which is useless if you don't need more fancy dresses. It's just not worth the hassle.

I had such a terrible experience with this online store, it was honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Their return policy is so strict, and if you end up returning something you don't get your money back, just store credit that expires in only six months. It feels so unfair and kind of like they're taking advantage of customers. I was really surprised at how unreasonable it was. I really wouldn't recommend shopping at a place that has such harsh return rules. They don't seem to care whether it's a one-time thing or a honest mistake, they treat everyone the same way, no matter what.

I thought the dresses I bought were pretty good quality, but I was kind of disappointed with how confusing the return policy was. This guy Wayne from customer service was nice on the phone, but returning the dresses was a pain. Not being able to get a refund for unworn items in the wrong sizes didn't sit well with me. So, I ended up having to alter both dresses quite a bit. I get that they have their policy written down and all, but maybe they could make it clearer to avoid upsetting customers. Just so you know, I saw those same dresses at Nordstrom for the same price, but with way better return options. I really did like the dresses I got, but this whole return situation has basically turned me off from shopping there again.
