I recently bought a generator from this company, and unfortunately, it came in damaged. Not only was the product in bad shape, but I didn't even get a proper receipt for it. When I tried to get help with returning the generator, I didn't get any response to my emails. It seems like the owner just bought the item from Costco and sold it to me. On top of that, UPS came to pick up the generator without any info given in advance. All in all, this whole thing has been frustrating and disappointing. I'd recommend others to stay away from this company if they don't want to end up losing their money.

I've bought lightweight merino clothes from this company a few times and the quality is always great. But, customer service is where they really shine. My most recent order for a hoodie in mid-August was a bit of a hassle. They accidentally sent it with standard shipping which made it arrive four weeks later instead of a few days. Even though it was their mistake, they still wanted me to wait for the delivery before giving a refund. Unfortunately, by the time the hoodie finally got here, I was on vacation and had to send it back because it couldn't be delivered.

Hey, so I found this awesome app where I can buy and sell gold. It's really user-friendly and I can keep track of my investments any time I want. I feel like a real investor now, all mature and stuff. The app is really secure too, I don't want my gold getting messed with by anyone, you know? It's reassuring to have a tangible investment like gold, 'cause it's always gonna have value, right? So yeah, I'm pretty pleased with my new gold investment app!
