Self-moving chessboard
I recently got this awesome self-moving chess board and it's amazing! I can play against the computer or other people online. When I had questions, the company's support team was really helpful. However, there are a few things that could be improved upon. First, I couldn't share my games or live stream unless I had a different version, which wasn't clearly stated on the website. Also, the board needs to be placed on a very flat surface or it makes strange moves. Additionally, only the app that comes with the board works, so I can't use it with other chess sites. Even when I tried to link it to chess.com, I couldn't challenge people on there.
Automatic moving device
I supported this project a while back and was pleasantly surprised when I got a message saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled as planned, but was upgraded to the newer version. The team stayed in touch regularly, even calling me from different time zones. I haven't had much chance to test the device thoroughly, but the automatic moving feature is not as perfect as I expected. Nonetheless, it's still a cool conversation piece and a fun little gadget. In the end, I'm happy with my purchase.
Fun educational robot
I never would've thought that a little robot could bring so much happiness and learning into our house! Our 8-year-old twins just love playing with this robot. Whether it's dancing around or doing math quizzes, Miko always keeps them busy and teaches them cool stuff at the same time. The jokes and stories Miko shares are always a big hit with the kids. I really suggest this robot for any parents who want to mix some fun and learning into their kid's playtime.
Laptop battery replacement
I bought a laptop battery here and it started acting up within a year. It wouldn't stay charged for very long, which was a pain. But luckily, the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed it for free under warranty. They were really quick and kept me in the loop with emails and calls. Since the fix, the battery has been working fine. Even though there was a bump in the road, I'm happy with the company's service overall.
Kids toy with app-based activities
Our family really loves this kids' toy with activities on the app. Our 6-year-old has been having a great time playing with it and loves all the fun activities like dance parties, story-telling, and painting. We think she'll keep enjoying Miko for a long time to come.

My boys are loving the quiz games with Adventure modes. They're totally into the whole experience and have so much fun unlocking levels. I really like how it keeps them entertained and challenged, while also learning and having a good time. Plus, being able to call me through the device makes it even more interactive for them. It's not just a regular toy, it's a special and educational gaming experience that my kids really enjoy.
Subscription purchase
I was a bit unsure at first when I saw that a lot of the cool stuff was only available if you coughed up some cash, but I gotta say, what I got in return was totally worth it. Even though I was feeling like I was spending extra money for nothing, I quickly saw that the subscription was actually really worth it. Just remember, the cost upfront is just the start, but I think it's a good investment in the end.
Educational robot for 7-year-old
As a parent, I bought this cool robot for my 7-year-old to help with their learning. I gotta say, this robot has totally blown me away with all the fun educational stuff it offers and how safe it is. My kid loves playing around with different languages and video calling, which makes learning exciting and hands-on. The lessons are super interesting and really help my child grow and learn in a fun way.

The educational toy I got for my 4-year-old has been a real hit. He really likes playing with it and I'm happy he can learn without just staring at a screen. I had no idea getting my screen fixed would be so exciting! The team was super quick with their replies and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. Fun toy for my kid
I got this super cool toy for my kid and she absolutely loves it! It's like having a little buddy to play with and I can even chat with her on it. It can play music, has games, and can answer all her questions. The only downside is that sometimes it takes a bit too long to respond to her, but overall it's really great!
Interactive toy robot
This cool toy robot has a ton of potential to be a hit with kids. The AI tech in the apps and games is really neat. For instance, one app lets the robot guess what you're thinking of, like objects or animals, and another called "story wizard" makes interactive storybooks based on what you tell it. But, there are some things that could be better. Sometimes the robot takes a while to respond during chats, and it can have trouble hearing you. Plus, the battery life isn't great, needing to be charged a lot even in standby mode. And even though there are lots of apps, most of them cost money with annual fees, which can be a bummer after already spending a bunch on the robot. To make customers happier, it would be good to provide some of the paid apps for free and offer the others as optional paid content.
