Long torso swimsuits
I absolutely love the long torso swimsuits from this brand! The fabric quality is top-notch, the fit is perfect, and the construction is excellent. I'm so thankful that they offer long torso options because it can be tough to find swimsuits that fit just right. However, I did have a small issue with my order not shipping when expected. I contacted customer service through email and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response from Ashley, a product coordinator. Having worked in retail for many years, I can confidently say that Ashley provided exceptional customer service. Huge props to the brand for not only making fantastic products but also for having a team that goes above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be a loyal customer and will continue to recommend these amazing swimsuits to all my friends!
Swimsuit purchase
I just bought a swimsuit from this company, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with the quality of the product and the level of customer service I got. Amalfi one piece
I recently got the Amalfi one piece from this company, and let me tell you, I was pretty impressed. The suit's quality is top-notch, no wonder it's a customer favorite. But when I got the suit, I saw it was damaged. It was disappointing, but I reached out to customer service to see what they'd do. Charlotte responded quickly and efficiently, taking care of the issue right away. It's clear this company really cares about its customers. Although the suit is great, it didn't fit my torso well as I need a longer length. Overall, my experience with this company was positive and I'd definitely recommend their products to others.
Suits with bleeding issue
I recently bought some suits from this store, and even though I really liked them, one of them had a little bleeding problem. So I decided to email their customer service team, and I was happy to see how fast they replied. They wanted photos of the issue and quickly offered to either give me a new suit or a credit for the trouble. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. It felt good to know I was talking to a real person who actually cared about fixing my problem. Now I'm excited to pick out my new suit, feeling confident about it.

OMG, I seriously loved all the different styles for my new suit cut! It fits sooo good, it's my new favorite outfit. I feel like a superstar when I wear it. The only thing is, I wish they had more colors to choose from because I would totally get another one in a different shade.
Defective suit
I'm really bummed out about the suit I bought from this company. It was defective, and I've been trying so hard to reach out to them about exchanging it. I've sent emails, filled out forms on their website, and even tried calling, but no luck. It's so frustrating that all I got was a recording when I called. I'm worried that I might have wasted my money on this purchase because it's near impossible to get help from them. Overall, just a really disappointing experience.
Swimwear
I had a problem with my delivery getting stolen, and I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the amazing customer service I got. The rep, let's say her name was 'Kristina', was so helpful and really turned things around for me. Even though the original item was out of stock, Kristina did everything she could to find me some similar choices within my budget and made sure a replacement was sent out quickly. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated she was in sorting out my problem. Big shoutout to the whole team for their top-notch service!
Suit purchase
I bought a suit from this store recently and I gotta say, I was really impressed by how amazing the customer service was. The staff was super helpful and knew their stuff, especially when I had questions about sizes and returns. The suit itself was top-notch quality, very comfy and had a stylish look that was different from the usual boring suits you see for women over 50. I was totally happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again.
Swimsuit purchase
I bought this adorable swimsuit, but it ended up being too short at the back. I reached out to Customer Service on a Friday night and was surprised to hear back from them on the weekend! They were super helpful and ended up sending me a new swimsuit with a longer torso. It fits me perfectly now and I feel like a star! Kristina was fantastic in helping me out.
Swim skirt exchange
I was totally disappointed when my new swim skirt didn't fit. But I reached out to them about it and they got back to me right away! Lauren was really nice and said I could still return it even though I missed the deadline. Now I'm getting a new one in a bigger size, and I'm so excited!
Stylish suits, love the fit and quality
The suits are really nice and fit great, I love the quality of the materials. But, I do wish there were more tankini options because that's the style I prefer.
Suit with an engineering issue
I thought the suit was pretty nice and simple, with a good fit overall. But the shelf pad was a bit of a pain - had to mess around with it before putting it on each time. Definitely needs some improvements. It was okay for a cheaper suit, but not worth it for a higher price.
Underwear pants purchase
So I went and got a whole bunch of undies from this shop, and man, the majority of them were just no good. The sizes were all messed up - stuff marked as small/medium fit more like large/ex large. And the amount of extra material in the crotch area was way too much, they might as well be men's 'jocks'. I've been shopping at this store for ages, but this year their stuff really took a nosedive in quality.
Swimsuit return
I bought this swimsuit, but it just didn't fit properly and the straps were all twisted in a weird way. And then when I tried to return it, they only gave me store credit, which is not cool at all. I even emailed them and messaged them on Instagram, but they completely ignored me. It's just not cool. I would suggest staying away from this company - there are definitely better ones out there to choose from.

Return policy experience
I had a terrible time with the return policy at this store. It was all such a hassle, and the customer service was pretty bad. I left feeling unsatisfied and won't be shopping there again. You should probably find a different store that values their customers more and gives better service.
3 swimsuits, $300
I purchased some swimsuits from this store, and they were terrible! They didn't fit properly at all, so I had to ship them all the way back to Australia since there was no place in NZ to return them. It was expensive to send them back, and then they claimed they never received the package. I lost my tracking number and they wouldn't even verify if they had it or not. In the end, I ended up wasting a lot of money and never received a refund. It was the worst shopping experience ever, definitely not worth it!
Barreta Dress
I just bought the Barreta dress online, and it said it was made of linen. But when it arrived, turns out it's mostly rayon, less than 50% linen. Pretty bummed about that, so I contacted the company to complain. Their response was pretty lame, just saying sorry that I thought the description was wrong. I told them it wasn't just my opinion, it was actually wrong. I was hoping for better accuracy from a company I'm giving my money to.
Swim suit order
I was super pumped to wear my dream swim suit at my pool party. I hurried up and paid extra for faster delivery to make sure it would get here on time. But it didn't show up until two days after the party! I was so let down and had to just wear my old, blah suit instead. I'll have to be more careful before ordering from here next time.
