I bought the UVI Select Bundle on January 13, 2024 but I never got an email with the serial numbers or download link. My order still says "under review" and even though I've tried to contact them several times, all I got was a generic response telling me to buy the product again at full price. It's really frustrating not getting any help or communication, especially since I've been a loyal customer and used a bunch of their products before.
