Bought stuff, returned it
I had to return some things I bought because they didn't fit, but the return process was really simple. I sent back two items separately and got my money back within a week. I mean, sure, you have to pay for regular mail if you don't want to use a courier, but it's not a huge deal. The quality of the items was good, they just weren't the right size for me.

Concert tickets
I was super pumped to grab tickets to catch my fave band live, but man, dealing with this ticket site was a straight-up nightmare! Once I bought the tickets, I realized I had to cancel, but they straight-up refused! They pushed me to offload them through their reseller thing, but no one was biting. To top it off, the kicker was finding out they charged me way more than if I got them at the concert spot. Felt like a total scam, you know?

This thing is amazing! It's way better than the one where you have to use your hands and you can adjust how tight it is. It's like magic, I'm telling you. I've been using it non-stop and I just love it. It's definitely my new favorite thing ever, eh.

The customer service from this software developer is terrible. They delete comments and close support requests without fixing problems. It's annoying when they ask for feedback, but then ignore questions about product support and updates. Also, they sell products like Guitar Rig 7 and then charge you again when you upgrade to Komplete, without giving a discount for the duplicate purchase. They even stopped supporting certain products like Guitar Rig Control and Maschine 1, without considering how it affects their customers.

My experience with this company was just awful. Their online marketing techniques are just way too pushy and invasive, making me feel really bothered and annoyed. I honestly think their methods are not right and need to be dealt with.

Wedding makeup items
The customer service was amazing, even though they made a mistake and sent the wrong items. I was so happy to see how quickly they fixed the error and sent the right items within 24 hours. These items are really important for my daughter's wedding makeup, since she needs to use the specific products they suggested during her trial makeup. It was a nice surprise when they said I could keep the wrong items, especially because returning things is a pain for us living in a rural area. I can't find a single fault with their customer service. I'm really looking forward to getting the right item we ordered, especially because my daughter loves the Pillow Talk lipstick and the whole range. The makeup looks so natural and really brings out one's true beauty.

Eye cream purchase
I've been a loyal customer for a while now, really liked the quality of the creams and how they made my skin feel nice and healthy. But, when I got the eye cream last time, it was almost empty which was super frustrating given how much I shelled out for it. I tried talking to their customer service team about it, but they were totally indifferent and didn't care. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer, even after I tried to reach out multiple times. When I went online to complain, all I got was a generic apology and a request for my order number. It didn't lead to anything, just more ignoring from their end. The way this company handled everything is just not cool and it's changed my view of their brand. Basically, the money I spent on their products isn't worth the terrible customer service experience that comes with it.

new dishwasher
I was so pumped to receive my new dishwasher from this company, but man, it was a total disaster. Ordering it was a pain, their website was confusing as heck. I tried to get some help but nobody got back to me. The quality and service were lousy for the crazy high price. And then to make things worse, the delivery got delayed multiple times without any explanation. It was a total nightmare of an experience, eh.
