I bought a knife from this seller recently, and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. The website was easy to use, ordering was simple, and the prices were fair. The knife showed up fast and was exactly what was shown online. I'd definitely suggest this seller to anyone in need of a good knife.

My experience with this company was so disappointing. I ordered a swimsuit that didn't fit, and when I contacted customer service for a return, I was surprised by their response. They said I could get a refund, but I had to send the item back to an international address quickly. Or I could pay $18 for a different size, which I thought was not fair. Doing business in Canada, I think we should get better customer service and a more reasonable return policy.

I can't believe how bad the customer service has gotten since this company got taken over. I bought a luggage set and had to return it because it was crap. But getting a return label has been a total nightmare. The link on the website for returns doesn't even work, and when I finally found a phone number (not on the website), I had to wait forever and got disconnected a bunch of times. It's obvious that they don't give a crap about customer service anymore. I'm so let down by the lack of help and I won't be buying from them again. RIP eBags.

I recently tried to get some photos printed and man, they were not great at all. The colours were all wonky, and the pictures looked all blurry even though they were supposed to be super clear. The whole process was quick and easy, but the final prints didn't meet my standards. If you want top-notch quality prints, I'd say it's best to check out another photo printing service.

I picked up this new little amp because I thought it looked pretty cool, and, oh my goodness, it's totally got me playing my guitar all the time now. I mean, I still love my big amp and guitar, but this little one is just so fun to play with. The technology in it is seriously amazing! It's so small but the sound is incredible, like, wow!
