So I made a purchase on this website not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed out by the lack of communication and customer service. I mean, after I hit that order button, I didn't even get a confirmation email. And to top it off, they took my money! I tried reaching out to their customer service through live chat during regular business hours like they said on the website, but it was a dead end. And when I attempted to call them, all I got was a voicemail saying sorry for missing my call before they hung up. Like, come on, that's just not cool. This whole situation is just not how you treat customers.
